Ingrédients
- 50ml Spiced Rum (Remove for non-alchoholic version)
- 25ml Lime Juice
- 25ml Mathieu Teisseire Ginger Syrup
- 50ml Pear Puree
- 75ml Apple Juice
Garnish
Pear fan, dusted with cinnamon (flamed for extra theatre).

Méthode
- 1 Half fill a tall glass with crushed ice, add the ingredients and mix through with a bar spoon.
- 2 Cap with more crushed ice to fill the glass, garnish with a pear fan.
- 3 Dust with cinnamon and serve.
