Ingredients

  • 30ml Mathieu Teisseire Coconut Syrup
  • 100ml Milk
  • 60ml Matcha concentrate
  • Couple Tapioca boba

Garnish

Milk foam

Glass

Method

  1. 1 Add the Mathieu Teisseire Coconut syrup and milk to highball glass and stir to mix.
  2. 2 Add your boba and fill the glass with ice.
  3. 3 Gently pour the Matcha tea concentrate over the surface to form a distinct layer above the milk.
  4. 4 Finish by topping with the milk foam to garnish and serve.
