- 20ml Mathieu Teisseire Pandan syrup
- 10ml Mathieu Teisseire Okinawa Black Sugar syrup
- 150ml milk
- 1 shot espresso

*Pink salted cheese foam

Method
- 1 Build in glass.
- 2 Garnishwith the pink cheese foam (*cream cheese, milk, salt and whipped cream mix add 5ml Grenadine syrup)
