• 50ml Blanco Tequila
• 25ml Lime Juice
• 25ml Pineapple Syrup
• 50ml Pink Grapefruit Juice
• 100ml Soda Water

Siracha salt rim, pineapple leaf and two slices of Jalapeño.

Highball

1. 1 Place all the ingredients except, the soda water, into a cocktail shaker full of ice and shake to mix.
2. 2 Add the soda water to the shaker after shaking and strain the mix into a highball glass full of ice.
