Mandarin & Plum sonic
Ingredients
- 30ml Mathieu Teisseire Mandarin syrup
- 1 salted plum
- 5ml salted plum brine
- Top up with tonic water
- Layer espresso on top
Garnish
Orange zest
Glass
Highball
Method
- 1 Mix all ingredients except espresso.
- 2 Slowly pour espresso to create a layer.
