Ingredients
- 10ml Mathieu Teisseire Blackberry Syrup
- 10ml Mathieu Teisseire Apple Syrup
- 10ml Mathieu Teisseire Elderflower Syrup
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 175ml Sparkling Water/Soda Water* *Exact volume may vary depending on glassware
Garnish
Fresh blackberries and apple slice.

Method
- 1 Add all the ingredients to a large wine glass or Copa glass full of ice.
- 2 Stir to mix, garnish and serve.
