Winner of the France Local Final
Tomo Watanabé, bartender in Paris, captivated the jury with an original creation presented in two formats (for on-site and takeaway). His M&M (Matcha Martini) cocktail, a modern composition with vegetal and creamy notes elevated by Okinawa black sugar syrup, earned him a place in the final for a refined and perfectly balanced tasting experience

Winner of the Saudi Arabia Local Final
Enrique Miranda, winner of the Saudi Arabia Local Final, earned his spot with his mocktail, Just in Thyme. This fresh and aromatic creation, highlighting cucumber and cinnamon syrups, offers a sparkling, herbaceous, and characterful flavor experience.

Winner of the Vietnam Local Final
Hoai Nam Pham earned his place with his cocktail, Bún Bò Huế, a daring and creative blend of exotic pineapple and the heat of Mathieu Teisseire green chili syrup, enhanced by aromatic and spicy flavors for a surprising, intense, and memorable experience.
