Ingredients
- 25ml Mathieu Teisseire Passionfruit Syrup
- 284ml Pale Ale
- 259ml Lemon Soda
Garnish
Slice of fresh passionfruit.

Method
- 1 Add the passionfruit syrup to a pint glass, half fill with lemon soda and swirl to mix.
- 2 Gently top with pale ale.
- 3 Garnish and serve.
