• 25ml Cotton Candy Syrup
• 25ml Lime Juice
• 100ml Cranberry Juice

1. 1 Place all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker full of ice. Shake to mix and fine strain into a chilled martini glass.
2. 2 Garnish and serve.
3. 3 To make it non-alcoholic, increase the syrup and lime juice to 30ml and top up with 40ml of sparkling water.
