25ml Mathieu Teisseire Citron Lemon Puree; 10ml Mathieu Teisseire Peach Syrup; 50ml Johnny Walker Black Label; 15ml Honey syrup (1:1)

Garnish
Lemon Twist

Method

Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake vigorously.
Strain over cubed ice.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
