This gin-based cocktail is pretty in pink thanks to its bubble gum syrup, fizz from the soda water and a dash of lemon juice.

25ml Mathieu Teisseire Bubble Gum Syrup; 40ml Gin; 80ml Soda Water; 5ml Lemon Juice
