Mandarin Mint Julep
Ingredients
- 50ml Bourbon
- 25ml Mathieu Teisseire Mandarin Syrup
- 8 Fresh Mint Leaves
- 50ml Soda Water
Garnish
Mint sprig (bunched) and mandarin fan.

Method
- 1 Place all the ingredients into a Julep Cup with a scoop of crushed ice and churn to mix through and dilute.
- 2 Cap with more crushed ice so it sits proud of the rim and garnish with a bunch of mint sprigs and fanned Mandarin slices.
- 3 Serve with a sustainable (steel or bamboo) straw.
