20ml Mathieu Teisseire Frosted Mint Syrup; 80ml Apple Juice; 4 fresh Strawberries; 8 Mint Leaves

Garnish

Method

Pour all ingredients into a blender cup and fill with ice cubes.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a highball glass.
