Ginger Lychee Martini

A twist on an old classic, featuring lychee syrup, vodka, apple juice, fresh ginger peel, lychees and mint leaves.

Ingredients

20ml Mathieu Teisseire Lychee Syrup; 60ml Vodka; 30ml Apple Juice; 3 pieces of fresh Ginger Peel; 2 lychees (can fruit); 8 Mint Leaves

Garnish
Ice

Method

  1. Muddle all the ingredients into a shaker glass.

  2. Add some ice cubes and shake well.
  3. Strain and Serve in a martini glass.
