15 ml Cookie Syrup Mathieu Teisseire; 5 ml Caramel Sauce Mathieu Teisseire (optional); 100 ml Steamed milk; 1 Espresso

Method

  1. Pour the Mathieu Teisseire Cookie syrup and the espresso into the cup.

  2. Steam the milk with the steam wand until it becomes foamy and textured.
  3. Pour the hot milk into the cup, then finish with a drizzle of Mathieu Teisseire Caramel sauce.
  4. Garnish with mini cookies.
