Cheese in the city

• 8ml Mathieu Teisseire Strawberry Syrup
• 20ml fat-washed whisky
• 40ml Comté cheese fatwash wisky (or another cheese equivalent)
• 3 dash salt solution( 20g sea salt to 80g water)
• 4 dash acid lactic solution( 6g lactic acid to 94g water)

1. 1 Add all the ingredients in a glass and stir well.
2. 2 Garnish with 3 small cubes of cheese and serve.
