Ouch, that's good! Our Cactus Jack is made with gin, cactus syrup, fresh lemon juice and club soda.

Ingredients

20ml Mathieu Teisseire Cactus Syrup; 45ml Gin; 20ml Fresh Lemon Juice

Garnish
Ice, Lemon Slice

Method

Combine ingredients with ice in a shaker in the order listed, except the club soda.
Cap and shake vigorously.
Fine Strain into chilled serving glass.
Top with club soda. Garnish with a lemon slice.
