Ingredients
- 10ml Mathieu Teisseire Blueberry Syrup
- 5ml Mathieu Teisseire Rosemary Syrup
- 100ml sparkling wine
Garnish
Spring of rosemary
Glass
Champagne Flute
Method
- 1 Add the syrups to a Champagne flute, top with sparkling wine and gently stir to mix.
- 2 Garnish & serve
