Ingredients
- 30ml Mathieu Teisseire Rhubarb Syrup
- 10ml fresh Lime Juice
- 3 slices fresh Lime
- Soda Water To Taste

Ice, Rhubarb stick

Method
- 1 Build in a highball, over ice and add soda water to taste.
- 2 Garnish with rhubarb stick.
