France Bastille Berry Bubbles
Ingredients
- 12.5ml Raspberry Syrup
- 12.5ml Strawberry Syrup
- 150ml Champagne/Cremant/French
- 1 part Sparkling Wine
Garnish
Fresh raspberry and strawberry on a pick.

Method
- 1 Add the syrups to a Champagne flute, top with chilled sparkling wine (Champagne/Cremant or similar), stir gently to mix, garnish with fresh berries and serve.
- 2 Use a non-alcoholic sparkling wine to make it non-alcoholic.
