Ingredients

15ml Mathieu Teisseire Masala Chai Tea Syrup; 20ml Lime juice; 10ml Campari; 30ml Pineapple juice; 45ml Dark rum

Garnish
Pineapple leaves and pink grapefruit slice

Method

  1. Fill a shaker full of ice and place in all the ingredients.

  2. Shake well.
  3. Strain into a glass filled with ice.
  4. Garnish and serve.
