Ingredients
- 15ml Mathieu Teisseire Masala Chai Tea Syrup
- 20ml Lime juice
- 10ml Campari
- 30ml Pineapple juice
- 45ml Dark rum
Garnish
Pineapple leaves and pink grapefruit slice
Glass
Old fashioned
Method
- 1 Fill a shaker full of ice and place in all the ingredients.
- 2 Shake well.
- 3 Strain into a glass filled with ice.
- 4 Garnish and serve.
