• 50ml Gin
• 25ml Lemon Juice
• 12.5ml Cucumber Syrup
• 12.5ml Elderflower Syrup
• 150ml Sparkling Wine

1. 1 Place all the ingredients into a highball glass full of ice and stir gently to mix.
2. 2 Garnish and serve.
3. 3 For a non-acholic alternative, replace the gin with Seedlip herbal and replace the sparking wine with tonic water.
