Smores Martini

A sumptuous combination of vodka, vanilla and strawberry, shaken with soya milk and served up with a chocolate topped toasted marshmallow.

Smores Martini cocktail in glass on table

INGREDIENTS

50ml Vodka (Remove for non-alchoholic version)
12.5ml Mathieu Teisseire Vanilla Syrup
12.5ml Mathieu Teisseire Strawberry Syrup
100ml Soya Milk

Garnish

Toasted Giant Marshmallow – chocolate button (melted) - optional.

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker full of ice and shake to mix.
  2. Place a pick through a giant marshmallow and rest across the rim of the glass so half the marshmallow protrudes the rim of the glass.
  3. Strain the cocktail around the marshmallow (keeping the top dry).
  4. Either blow torch the top of the marshmallow to toast it or top with a chocolate button and blowtorch to melt it over the marshmallow.
