a glass of Mojito Earl Grey And Thyme Iced Tea

INGREDIENTS

25ml Mathieu Teisseire Mojito Syrup
150ml Sparkling earl grey tea infused with thyme
20ml Lime Juice

Garnish

Dried edible flowers and lime.

Method

  1. Infuse thyme and earl grey into water.
  2. Add 25ml of the infused water, 25ml of mojito syrup and 20ml of lime juice into the glass.
  3. Top with soda water.
  4. Stir and add garnish.
