Mango and Lychee Collins

Give your customers an exotic experience with this Mango and Lychee Collins. Made with our mango and lychee syrups, gin, lemon juice, orange juice and finished with soda water.

A highball glass is placed at the edge of a wooden bar. The glass contains ice and a pale orange drink. A male hand is holding long tweezers, placing a slice of apple atop the drink as a garnish. In the background there are drinks measures, and an orange bar stool next to the bar.

INGREDIENTS

50ml Gin
25ml Lemon Juice
12.5ml Mango Syrup
12.5ml Lychee Syrup
50ml Orange Juice
100ml Soda Water

Garnish

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients to a highball glass half full of crushed ice, mix through with a bar spoon, cap with crushed ice, garnish and serve.
  2. For non-alcoholic serves use 100ml orange juice.
