Yuzu & Coconut Mojito
Ingredients
- 30 ml Mathieu Teisseire Yuzu Sirup
- 8 Minzblätter
- 15 ml Frischer Limettensaft
- 60 ml Kokosnuss-Rum
- 60 ml Sodawasser
- Ein Schuss Ginger Beer
Garnish
Eis, Zitronenscheibe und Limettenzeste

Method
- 1 Muddle syrup, mint leaves and juice in a mixing glass.
- 2 Add the coconut rum and ice till two thirds full. Cap and shake.
- 3 Strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top up with soda water and a splash of ginger beer.
- 4 Garnish with lemon wheel and lime zest.
