Spiced Pear

• 50 ml Spiced Rum (bei alkoholfreier Variante weglassen)
• 25 ml Limettensaft
• 25 ml Mathieu Teisseire Ingwer Sirup
• 50 ml Birnenpüree
• 75 ml Apfelsaft

Gefächerte Birne, mit Zimt bestäubt (oder flambiert für einen echten Hingucker).

Highball-Glas

1. 1 Half fill a tall glass with crushed ice, add the ingredients and mix through with a bar spoon.
2. 2 Cap with more crushed ice to fill the glass, garnish with a pear fan.
3. 3 Dust with cinnamon and serve.
