Spiced Pear
Ingredients
- 50 ml Spiced Rum (bei alkoholfreier Variante weglassen)
- 25 ml Limettensaft
- 25 ml Mathieu Teisseire Ingwer Sirup
- 50 ml Birnenpüree
- 75 ml Apfelsaft
Garnish
Gefächerte Birne, mit Zimt bestäubt (oder flambiert für einen echten Hingucker).

Method
- 1 Half fill a tall glass with crushed ice, add the ingredients and mix through with a bar spoon.
- 2 Cap with more crushed ice to fill the glass, garnish with a pear fan.
- 3 Dust with cinnamon and serve.
