  • 10ml Mathieu Teisseire Rosemary Syrup

  • 10ml Mathieu Teisseire Cane Sugar Syrup
  • 180ml Brewed Coffee
  • 60ml Double Cream

Method

    Build syrups and coffee in a heatproof stemmed glass.

    Poor cream into shaker and shake until lightly whipped.
  3. 3
    Layer on top of coffee to garnish as a float.
