Pink Grapefruit, Pineapple & Passionfruit Punch

• 12.5ml Mathieu Teisseire Pink Grapefruit Syrup
• 12.5ml Mathieu Teisseire Pineapple Syrup
• 12.5ml Mathieu Teisseire Passionfruit Syrup
• 25ml Lime Juice
• 50ml Cranberry Juice
• 100ml Soda Water

Half a passionfruit and pineapple leaf cut with crimping scissors.

Highball-Glas

1. 1 Place all the ingredients into a jug and stir.
2. 2 Fine strain into a highball glass half full with crushed iced. Stir to mix.
3. 3 Top with more crushed ice to fill the glass.
4. 4 Garnish and serve.
