• 50ml Bourbon
• 12.5ml Candy Apple Syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Apple slice, coated in sugar and caramelised with a blow torch.

1. 1 Place all the ingredients into an old-fashioned glass full of ice. Stir to mix.
2. 2 Chill and dilute, adding more ice to fill the glass.
3. 3 Garnish and serve.
