Dubai chocolate iced tea

• 15 ml Mathieu Teisseire Dubai Chocolate Syrup
• 15 ml lime juice
• 200 ml cold hojicha (roasted green tea)
• Ice cubes.

Lime zest

1. 1 Prepare a cold brew hojicha(steep 7 g of tea in 200 mlof cold water overnight).
2. 2 Mix all ingredients in the tumbler.
3. 3 Garnish with the lime zest and serve.
