Coco Matcha
Ingredients
- 30ml Mathieu Teisseire Coconut Syrup
- 100ml Milk
- 60ml Matcha concentrate
- Couple Tapioca boba
Garnish
Milk foam

Method
- 1 Add the Mathieu Teisseire Coconut syrup and milk to highball glass and stir to mix.
- 2 Add your boba and fill the glass with ice.
- 3 Gently pour the Matcha tea concentrate over the surface to form a distinct layer above the milk.
- 4 Finish by topping with the milk foam to garnish and serve.
